After several years’ teaching, we have developed our own methodology: We will make a detailed learning plan for each student, and guarantee your progress!

Our Teachers
Ocean Mandarin, as a rapidly growing language institute, always emphasizes the high-quality of teachers, all of whom are required to have standard Mandarin accents and the ability to communicate clearly.
And they all have a Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with the average teaching experience of more than two years, among which there is one teacher who has taught mandarin for over six years. We are proud of our teachers here due to their professional ability in teaching as well as excellent personal integrity.
Each of our teachers has obtained a Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language Certificate.

Terms & Conditions
For classes
1. No registration fee applies
2. Payment: The payment should be paid by in cash three days after the demo lesson and signing of the contract. We only accept one time payment.
3. Class fees do not include textbooks or materials.
4. Demo lesson can be arranged for clients who make a decision to take lessons in Ocean Mandarin. If the demo lesson is accepted, the hours of the demo lesson will be included in the total hours listed for your payment. If clients take the demo lesson at our office and it is not accepted, the demo lesson will be free of charge.
5. Teaching Location: the campus of Ocean Mandarin, your office or your residence (downtown area).
6. Termination of Classes: Ocean Mandarin will keep the remaining pre-paid hours on record for three months which start from the day that the client terminates classes for personal reasons. The rest of the tuition fee will not be refunded.
7. Work Hours of Ocean Mandarin: Our operational hours are from 8:00 to 21:00 (Monday to Sunday). The additional tuition of RMB 30/hour will be charged if you take lessons before 8:00 or after 21:00.
8. Each lesson will last a minimum of two hours. An additional charge of RMB30 will be charged for any lesson less than two hours.
9. If students are not able to take private lessons due to personal reasons, 4-hour prior notice must be given in order to cancel or reschedule classes. Cancellation within four hours will not be accepted and a fee equivalent to one hour of tuition will be charged
10. Students have the right to request a different instructor during the course. Requests should be submitted in writing and include the relevant reasons.
Rights & Obligation
1.Ocean Mandarin has the right to require the student to obey Chinese law and rules and the school’s rules and regulations. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree to us taking photographs and videos during class without causing interruptions and using your personal information (such as name, nationality, hobby, etc…) for promotional and teaching purposes.
2. Ocean Mandarin is obliged to give suggestions or offer help to students in solving problems during their daily life in China.
3. Students have the obligation to obey Chinese law and rules, school’s rules and regulations, and cooperate in participating in surveys.
