General Introduction to Online Chinese Courses
This course is designed for students who want to improve their spoken
Chinese, and will teach them how to use words correctly and in their appropriate
context. You can study Chinese at any time of day no matter where
you are, and you will be taught by a real teacher, not by some video or
computer software! We teach over Skype, and can conduct courses with or without the use of a webcam. Our teachers are based at our school and
you can contact our director at any time. We look forward to your feedback.

1. Definition of Intensive Courses: Lessons are scheduled everyday
from Monday to Friday, or any five days in one week. Scheduling is
flexible, but lessons should be completed within office hours.
2. Payment: The payment should be made in cash three days after the demo class and signing of the contract. We only accept one time payment.
3. No registration fee will be charged
4. Demo classes can be arranged for clients who make a decision to take lessons in Ocean Mandarin. The demo lesson will last two hours and is charged at a rate of 100RMB. The payment should be made upon completion of the trial lesson.
5. Teaching Location: the campus of Ocean Mandarin, your office or your residence (downtown area).
6. Termination of Courses: Ocean Mandarin will keep the remaining pre-paid hours for three months from the day that the client terminates courses for personal reasons. The rest of tuition fee will not be refunded.
7. Work Hours of Ocean Mandarin: Our operational hours are from 8:00 to 21:00(Monday to Sunday). An additional fee of RMB 30/hour will be charged if you take lessons before 8:00 or after 21:00.
8. Each lesson will last a minimum of two hours. An additional charge of RMB30 will be charged for any lesson less than two hours.
9. A fee equivalent to one hour’s tuition will be charged if clients do not inform Ocean Mandarin or their teacher four hours in advance for the cancellation of lessons
